INTER forward Mauro Icardi's future may not be settled but the Juventus target has shown off something that will tie him to Milan.

On Tuesday, the Argentine posted a series of images of a new apartment he is building in the city - after his wife Wanda shared a series of pictures of herself.

It is hard to really say that this construction project dampens the chances of Icardi signing for a new club.

Both Juve and Roma are in the mix to end his Inter nightmare.

Icardi, 26, was stripped of the club captaincy earlier in the year amid controversy involving wife Wanda Nara.

New boss Antonio Conte also left him at home during the pre-season tour of Asia.

Since then, £75million arrival Romelu Lukaku has taken his No9 shirt.

And reports in Italy suggest Inter are prepared to dig their heels in and freeze him out of the first-team picture for two years while his contract runs down.

Controversy has followed Icardi and Nara around since they got together in late 2013 - when the model and TV presenter was married to the striker's Sampdoria teammate Maxi Lopez.

The ensuing saga is said to have played a strong part in the player's omission from Argentina national duty.

Nara is also Icardi's agent and has been helping push through his exit from Milan in recent months, recently posting photos of a shoot in Lake Como to her 5.5million followers on Instagram.
