Harry Wilson scores ‘gorgeous’ free kick v Man City for Bournemouth star’s 11th goal from outside box since start of last season, more than any player in England

HARRY WILSON has scored more goals from outside the box since the start of last season than any player after his “gorgeous” free kick against Manchester City.

The Bournemouth starlet curled a perfect set piece into the top corner beating Ederson on the keeper’s side.

Wilson has now netted 11 goals from outside box since last term, more than any other player in England.

The Liverpool loanee stunned fans on Twitter, including Prem legend Gary Lineker.

He said: "What a gorgeous freekick from Harry Wilson."

Another said: "Not saving those! He’s a real talent."

One commented: "Harry Wilson must have an outrageous conversion rate from shots outside the area."

Another commented: "Absolute class."

Wilson’s effort put The Cherries back in the game right before half-time.

The free-kick pulled one back for Eddie Howe’s men who were trailing 2-0.

Sergio Aguero opened the lead on 15 minutes before Raheem Sterling netted his fifth of the season - levelling Norwich’s Teemu Pukki as top goalscorer in the league.

Aguero the netted his second on the 64th miniute and wrapped up the three points for Pep Guardiola's men.
