Klopp slaps amazing transfer values on Chelsea’s young stars with £60m for Abraham and even ‘maybe more’ for Mount ahead of Liverpool clash

JURGEN KLOPP believes Tammy Abraham’s transfer value is £60million and fellow Cheslea starlet Mason Mount is worth “maybe more”.
New Blues boss Frank Lampard has put trust in his young stars, with Abraham, Mount and Fikayo Tomori scoring all 11 of their goals so far this term.

And entering into their home clash against Liverpool on Sunday, Klopp praised Chelsea for their mix of experienced and promising talent.
He said: “It’s a really exciting team. It reminds me a little bit of my team at Dortmund years back.
“They were really young and people always spoke about that, but they only played because they were that good.
“Chelsea brought in Pulisic in the summer, I don’t know about the money but it was 50-60m?
“All the players around him now have the same value. Tammy Abraham is a 60m player, Mason Mount for sure is 60m, maybe more. Hudson-Odoi was already that.
“Jorginho is still young, Kante looks like he could play for the next 20 years, Kovacic, Barkley, then the experienced guys around them, Pedro, Willian, Giroud.”
Lampard was dealt a squad blow as he took over in the summer after Eden Hazard finally secured a move to Real Madrid.
The Blues legend was also barred from adding to his team thanks to a two-window transfer embargo that ultimately opened the door for loanees to return and receive game time.
Klopp claims Chelsea’s extensive system of loaning players has paid dividends with Abraham, Mount and Tomori all breaking through as first-team players.

He added: “If there was one club in the world where a transfer ban didn’t hit that bad, it was probably Chelsea because of the transfer policy in the last few years with these players on loan. High-quality players.
“Abraham didn’t learn where the goal is at Chelsea, he found it in different places.
“They are just a good team, they have all my respect. They are a proper contender for everything. Now we play there and we want to get something.”
