Man City fly out to Naples in matching denim shirts and grey trousers from top designer
Pep Guardiola's table-toppers look more stylish on the pitch than they do in their designer gear at Manchester airport ahead of Champions League tie with Napoli
MANCHESTER City are the most stylish side in the country at the moment… on the pitch anyway.
City have taken team work to a new level by appearing in matching hipster gear worth around £2,150 for their flight to Naples, but it all looks like someone trying a little too hard.
The City stars including Sergio Aguero and Leroy Sane pitched up at the airport in tight-fitting grey trousers, distressed denim shirts, with black ties and black Harrington jackets.
Manager Pep Guardiola and his coaching staff wore more conservative white shirts, with sleeveless jumpers.
The denim shirt sells for £345, and the jackets are priced at around £600.
The shoes cost £400, the trousers are £455 while the belts are priced at £245 and the ties cost £100.
The amazing designer gear is part of City’s on-going tie in with top fashion brand DSquared2.
On the pitch however, City’s style this season has been without question.
They are unbeaten and have built up a five-point lead at the top of the table after sealing their eighth straight win on Saturday.
Guardiola's free-scoring side have won 13 games in a row in all competitions and are unbeaten in their past 21 outings - two new club records.

They are riding high at the top of Champions League Group F with three wins from three, knowing victory against Napoli would see them qualify for the knockout round.
But Guardiola remains wary of the Neapolitans - third in the group behind City and Shakhtar Donetsk - with Belgian Dries Mertens catching the eye up front this season.
Pep said: "We need one more win to qualify but we are going to the team that are leading Serie A and everybody knows the type of football they play in their own stadium so it's going to be very difficult.
"But it's a great opportunity for us to book our place and we're going to try our best to do it."
