"You never know what could happen, so we will wait and see."
The Germans have demanded £115million in three weeks - or will not sell him.
Sancho, 20, moved to Dortmund from Manchester City in 2017.
The winger is also wanted by Chelsea and Liverpool.
Dortmund will accept no less than £115m for the player.
He cost them £7m three years ago.
But United chiefs will only go to £50m.

Greenwood, 18, signed a new £40,000-a-week deal this week.
