CARDIFF CITY defender completes move to the Riverside and could debut against Stoke on Saturday

MIDDLESBROUGH have snapped up Brazil international Fabio from Cardiff City for an undisclosed fee.
As SunSport revealed on Monday, Boro boss Aitor Karanka was keen to add the former Manchester United defender to his squad.
The defender, who has two caps for his country, has agreed a two-year deal at the Riverside after passing a medical on Friday morning.
He will go straight into the squad for the Premier league opener against Stoke City on Saturday.
Upon completing the deal, Fabio took to social media to speak of his joy at securing a move back to the top-flight.
The 26-year-old only had a year left on his contract with Championship side Cardiff City, whom he has made 68 appearances.
