Everton have £21m bid for former Blackburn Rovers flop Nikola Kalinic rejected by Fiorentina
The Croatia international has a price tag of £30million, but managed just seven goals in two years at Blackburn Rovers
EVERTON have had a £21million bid for former Blackburn Rovers flop Nikola Kalinic rejected by Fiorentina.
According to Sky Sports Italia, the Toffees made an offer of between £17million and £21million for the Croatia star, but the Italian giants are not keen on selling.
Kalinic netted 13 times in all competitions for the Viola last season but Fiorentina have slapped a £30million price tag on the star.
Should Everton boss Ronald Koeman get his man then he is no stranger to the Premier League, having played there for Blackburn Rovers in August 2009 after signing for £6million.
However, he scored just seven goals in 44 games at the Lancashire club before being shipped off to Dnipro in August 2011 for an undisclosed fee.
