Alexis Sanchez picks up parking ticket on £160k Bentley as Man Utd star’s brutal double training regime is revealed
ALEXIS SANCHEZ looks like he could not care less as he picks up a parking ticket from his luxury motor – as his Manchester United team-mates prepare for the new season.
And why should the Chilean striker be bothered really, when he will need just 71 seconds to pay back the £60 fine stuck to the window of his £160,000 Bentley Bentayha.
Sanchez pockets £505,000 a week in wages from United, despite suffering a dismal run of form since joining the club.
The Old Trafford flop was returning home from London and getting into his posh motor at Wilmslow train station when he discovered the yellow ticket.
Meanwhile, the 30-year-old’s United team-mates were flying back from Norway following a pre-season win over Kristiansund.
Sanchez has been put through double training sessions over the past few days to prove himself ahead of the new season.
He had a disappointing campaign last year where he struggled with both form and fitness.
But he showed signs of a recovery with a number of solid performances at the Copa America over the summer.
The ex-Arsenal man returned to United’s Carrington training complex last Friday before undergoing two days of solid tests.
He spent Saturday preparing his pre-season regime, and getting himself acquainted for the campaign ahead.
Sanchez has impressed conditioners with the shape he is in and boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has said he should be back fit for the start of the season.
