Bayern Munich ‘agree personal terms’ with Leroy Sane as they close in on Man City winger
BAYERN MUNICH are closing in on a deal for Manchester City winger Leroy Sane - after agreeing staggering personal terms of £16.5MILLION a year.
City have said they want £145m for the Germany international, who joined for £37m from Schalke in 2016.
Sky Sport in Germany say Munich spoke to the player in London and agreed to his wage demands.
Now the Bundesliga champions just need to agree a fee with Etihad chiefs to get the transfer over the line.
Sky Sports Germany said: "The Sane deal is getting closer. The deal to Leroy Sane on the home straight."
Sane's agent agreed to a contract which will pay him about 18 million euros a year.
If City want to keep Sane they will have to up his wages and offer him a similar deal.
Bayern hope to complete the transfer on Thursday.

But City boss Pep Guardiola is even considering playing Sane in today's Community Shield clash against Liverpool at Wembley.
This would represent a huge risk as an injury to the player could curtail any transfer back to Germany for the Essen-born winger.
Sane has scored 39 goals in 100 starts for City, winning back-to-back Premier League titles.
