LUCENT DREAM (2.20, nap) ran on well to win a handicap over course and distance 11 days ago. He is up 4lb for that but still looks competitive. In-form Meath trainer John McConnell has booked excellent apprentice Ben Robinson.
BAZWIND (3.20, Wolverhampton, nb) has been third, second and first here in three runs, including a cosy win in a handicap here last month. He made all in first-time cheekpieces and they are on again. He stays well and could get his own way out in front.
MASTER RAJEEM (2.30 Hexham, treble) has been in fine fettle in three runs since switching to Alison Hamilton. He won over hurdles here before Christmas and ran well over fences off a 1lb higher mark at Ayr. A two-month break will have freshened him up and there is not much depth to this race.
