Qipco 2000 Guineas – Churchill heads a final field of 10 for the first Classic of the season at Newmarket
Churchill will face tough opposition from the likes of Barney Roy who was an impressive winner of the Greenham at Newbury for trainer Richard Hannon
HOT favourite Churchill is the headline act as 10 were declared for the Qipco 2000 Guineas at Newmarket on Saturday.
Aidan O'Brien's colt looked a top class prospect in the making last year as he dominated the juvenile division rounding off his season with a win in the Dewhurst Stakes.
O'Brien can also rely on Lancaster Bomber and Spirit Of Valor.
Godolphin have three representatives in Saeed bin Suroor's Dream Castle and Top Score while Richard Hannon saddles Barney Roy.
Barney Roy was last seen getting the better of Dream Castle in the Greenham at Newbury.
Hannon also runs Larchmont Lad.
