Mix And Mingle wins the Chartwell Fillies’ Stakes at Lingfield for Ryan Moore and Chris Wall
French raider Qemah drifted out to evens before heading to post and she could only manage second as Moore gave Mix And Mingle the perfect ride up the rail
MIX AND MINGLE lowered the colours of French raider Qemah in the Chartwell Fillies' Stakes at Lingfield.
All week at Chester Ryan Moore and Frankie Dettori had been giving each other lessons on the racecourse.
This time it was Moore's masterclass as he was the sole jockey to race up the rail with the rest of the field choosing to race down the middle of the track.
Wall's filly even decided to jump the road halfway through the race but still managed to record a comfortable win with Qemah back in second after being best of the rest up the middle.
Moore said: "She's a good filly. She won nicely at Newmarket and looked the ideal sort of filly for this race.
"Obviously the favourite is high class, but things went well for her (Mix And Mingle). She'a good filly and fair play to Chris and his team.
