Karl Burke’s Quiet Reflection may have to skip Saturday’s Temple Stakes at Haydock
Burke is concerned about the predicted dry spell and will not run his filly if the ground is not suitable and he could be forced to change plans with a trip to France an option
KARL BURKE fears the weather may force Quiet Reflection out of Saturday's Armstrong Aggregates Temple Stakes at Haydock.
Burke's filly is the highest-rated horse left in the Group 2 with only 13 standing their ground at the five-day stage on Monday, but she will only run if the ground is soft enough.
"Unfortunately there's such a dry forecast we'll have to keep an eye on the ground," he told At The Races.
