Jean-Claude Rouget’s Almanzor could race in York’s Group 2 Sky Bet York Stakes and their Group 1 Juddmonte International
Rouget's colt was the European Champion last year after claiming the French Derby, Irish and British Champion Stakes and he has the Juddmonte International as a target this year
CHAMPION colt Almanzor could run at York not once but twice this summer, trainer Jean-Claude Rouget reports.
Last year's French Derby, Irish and British Champion Stakes winner has not been seen this season after suffering a virus.
However, the four-year-old has made a full recovery and Rouget is now preparing him for a return to action.
