CESAR ET ROSALIE looks hard to beat after a couple of good efforts at Sedgefield. He followed up a win with a close second in what looked a better race than this.
The step up in trip should be fine and he can get back to winning ways.
2.30 - Mullen's star bet
ITS PANDORAMA seemed to improve for a significant step up in distance when scooting in at Cartmel last time out. He wasn’t stopping over 2m6f and this 3m test should help him come on again.

IORA GLAS has gone well here before and likes this distance for good measure. He trotted across the line at Bangor last time and was much better value than the official margin of just over a length suggests.
He can make the odd mistake but should still be good enough.

BALLYVIC BORU has shown lots of promise in three bumpers and should develop into a useful hurdler. He won well at Musselburgh two runs ago and matched that effort when third in stronger company at Ayr last time.
He won in the Irish pointing field so should jump well enough.

EYES OF A TIGER is gunning for a hat-trick of wins having scored on both his races to date over fences.
He had just one rival to beat at Fakenham last time but did it really well, building on his debut success at Sedgefield.
This trip should be fine and there’s clearly more to come.

His rider takes a valuable 7lb off his back and that could make the difference in what looks a tight enough contest.

He has a penalty for that win but it was so convincing that you wouldn’t expect it to be a problem over a suitable distance.
