He won on his debut at Sundown in the manner of a promising horse before being turned out quickly at Leicester, which came too soon. He’s had four weeks off since and can get back on track.

This doesn’t look a strong race so newcomer ECHO could well be good enough first time out. He is bred to like this sort of trip and any market support would be interesting.

GRACEFUL ACT comes here on the back of a convincing enough win at Beverley last time where she kept digging right to the finishing line.

A 4lb rise in the weights for that looks fair and this slight drop in distance shouldn’t be an issue.

CHIPPING is a bit hit and miss but he’s got enough ability on a going day to take this open race. He didn’t fire at Ripon last time but was earlier right there when second at Ayr in a better contest.

He’s gone well here before and is on a fair mark.

MYSTERIAL drops back to his favourite trip after doing too much too soon over further at Thirsk last time. He won at Pontefract the last time he tackled this distance and goes in any ground.

ART OBSESSION got the job done very nicely when winning at Doncaster last time and a 3lb rise in the weights looks fair enough.

He saves his best for this distance and has hardly put a foot wrong this season.

FLOURISHING hasn’t been clobbered by the assessor for this handicap debut after an easy maiden win at Chester last time out. She went from the front there and had the race put to bed very swiftly.

This isn’t the deepest race and she wouldn’t have to improve much on just her fourth outing.

LONDON GLORY has dropped nicely down the weights and went close on his last run over course and distance. He was a solid third there and is 4lb better off including his rider’s claim.
