Glorious Goodwood 2017 – Sir Mark Prescott’s Marsha has Qatar King George Stakes option
MARSHA could head to Goodwood for her next start following her narrow defeat in Ireland last weekend.
Sir Mark Prescott is yet to decide where to send her but she has entries in the Qatar King George Stakes at Goodwood and the Coolmore Nunthorpe at York.
Marsha was beaten at odds-on by Caspian Prince in the Group 2 Sapphire Stakes at the Curragh when last seen.
Prescott said: "We were disappointed to be beaten, but she only had 5lb in hand on the ratings.
"The race didn't quite go according to plan and she was beaten a short head, that's life.
"She's come out of it fine and I would imagine she'll go to Goodwood and/or York."
The master of Heath House has two horses entered in the Qatar Goodwood Cup, but seems unlikely to be represented.

"St Michel won't run in the Goodwood Cup and Pallasator probably won't make it," Prescott added.
"Pallasator was a little bit dull and not himself after his last run. He's back in work now, but I would say it's probably 60-40 against that he'll run at Goodwood.
"St Michel is heading for the Melbourne Cup and he'll probably have one run somewhere before he goes.
"He'd get in the race (Melbourne Cup) in most years (with his rating). If he doesn't he'll run in one of the other big races down there."
