NYALETI is a lady in waiting for a Group race success in the Princess Margaret Stakes.

She clearly has the best form on offer and only has to handle the easier ground to take advantage of this drop in class.

Her pedigree gives me plenty of hope she’ll be as good on today’s conditions and that will be enough to take this Group 3 prize.

She won at Salisbury and has since chased home Aidan O’Brien stars. Her second to improving Clemmie in Newmarket’s Group 2 Duchess Of Cambridge Stakes clearly sets the standard.

Dance Diva is already proven on easy ground. She’s unbeaten in three starts and looked good when landing a Listed contest at Newmarket.

This is a step up in grade but it’s hard to argue she’s not up to it. Spring Cosmos made a winning debut at Newmarket’s July Meeting. She looks a nice prospect.

ENGAGE in some NAVAL WARFARE.

He looked most progressive when beating a stack of subsequent winners at Leicester on his return to action in May.

The wheels came off in some order a Sandown last time when he trailed in last. But there were valid excuses.

He was forced to go way too fast from a wide draw in a race dominated by those held up. The ground was also a bit quick and it was a hot handicap.

I’m expecting him to bounce back to form today. Century Dream has an obvious chance. He bolted up at Ayr last time and he seems at his best when there’s a bit of juice in the ground.

D’bai is the other one I like. He had form in Group races last season and has faced some stiff tasks this year.

His third in a Newmarket Listed contest was a step in the right direction and he’s got blinkers on for the first time to help add a bit of spark.

ACT Fast to get the winner of the Gigaset International.

FASTNET TEMPEST looked have a great chance in the Royal Hunt Cup but it never panned out for him. The steady pace was against him and he found trouble from an unfavourable draw.

His previous wins at Chester and over today’s course-and-distance in the Victoria Cup marked him down as most progressive. He should pick the winning thread back up today.

Remarkable has always had plenty of class. He was a decent sixth in the Hunt Cup and backed it up with a neck second at Newbury on soft ground last week.

There’s a race in him but he is vulnerable to anything lower down the weights. Makzeem seems to have found his best trip since dropping to seven furlongs.

He followed up his Newmarket win by finishing second in a hot handicap at the same course last time. It’s easy to see him running well.

Withernsea, Viscount Barfield and Stamp Hill are others to keep an eye on.

JACK HOBBS should whack ‘em for six in the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes.

He’s run five times over today’s 1m4f distance winning three and finishing runner-up to Golden Horn in the 2015 Derby. His attempt at the trip ended with him pulling up lame.

Considering he has the class to twice finish third in the Champions’ Stakes at today’s course it’s clear he’s well up to this level.

The ground was clearly too fast for him when last of eight behind Highland Reel in the Prince Of Wales’s Stakes at Royal Ascot.

The recent rain will have done his chances the world of good and the return to 1m4f is also sure to suit.

Highland Reel is the current top earner in Europe. His Royal Ascot defeat of Decorated Knight and Ulysses was a fine effort but the slower ground is a big worry.

It’s also a concern for Coral-Eclipse hero Ulysses but will be right up My Dream Boat’s street.

The big danger is star three-year-old filly Enable. She bolted up in the Oaks and had little trouble following up in the Irish version.

She is clearly very smart but she’s too short in the betting for me considering she takes on colts and older horses for the first time.

IT’S time to get BATTERED.

He was impressive over today’s track and trip on soft ground in May. The form has worked out really well with the next three horses home having subsequently won five races between them.

He was a disappointing favourite when only third – beaten a length – at Sandown last month. But William Haggas has always insisted he doesn’t like fast ground so it was probably a decent effort.

If the forecast heavy overnight rain arrives he will have a great chance.

Starlight Romance is another who would appreciate any rain. She won at Chester last month and only went down narrowly at the same track last time.

Salateen was a Listed winner on the all-weather in March. He’s been in good form on turf recently but could hardly be described as well handicapped.

Al Khan is far from unexposed but he should run his race at an each-way price.

TAKE a Snap decision in the Sky Bet Dash. SNAP SHOTS has been in fine form this season without winning.

He was beaten just half a length in a big-field Curragh handicap last time and had gone down by a neck and a head in his two previous starts.

A bit of rain won’t bother him and he looks to have a decent chance in a typically open race.

George Bowen was beaten in a similar course-and-distance contest off 9lbs lower in May. He bolted up at Nottingham last month but he was behind Snap Shots in Ireland last time.

Ultimate Avenue was third in what is usually the hottest three-year-old sprint at Newmarket two weeks ago. He’s an interesting runner but stall 16 is a bit on the high side.

Dual course winner Out Do could be best of David O’Meara’s quartet. Dougan and Mobsta are others who should run well.

He wasn’t disgraced in the Dante early last season but he wasn’t seen again after contesting a French Group 3 in June.

His third in a Listed handicap over a mile at today’s track in May was a cracking comeback and he had little chance trying to come from way back due to a wide draw in the John Smith’s Cup here two weeks ago.

That was a decent effort to finish with three lengths of the winner Ballet Concerto and I wouldn’t be at all surprised if he was up to this level.

Autocratic has to be considered on his Group 3 Sandown defeat of Algometer. But he didn’t look the most cooperative that day and softer ground has to be a big worry.
