Matt Chapman’s racing tips for ITV’s racing from Ascot and York on Saturday, July 29

KING George day hasn't been as big as it should have been in recent seasons, but on ITV today we are in for a real cracker!
Of course in many ways class is irrelevant to this column, as taking a few quid off my friends at Sunbets is what it is all about - but a bit of class is always nice!
Let's start at Ascot with the 1.50pm, the Group 3 Princess Margaret for juveniles over 6f. Dance Diva has done nothing wrong, but a rating of 99 is not high for Group company, and the chances are SPRING COSMOS will be a bit too special for this lot.
The Godolphin runner was a decent victor at Newmarket first time for Charlie Appleby.
Next at Ascot is a 1m handicap at 2.25pm, and I will have a few quid each-way on MUSTARRID, who stays well and goes on any ground.
The Richard Hannon runner is consistent and has Jim Crowley on top. The Doncaster second last time was good.
It's the International handicap at 3.00pm over 7f, and the one I like here is another Crowley ride in FAWAAREQ, who was a good third behind Parfait at Newmarket last time.

A big field and strong pace suit the Owen Burrows runner and he's improving with each run.
I have discussed the big race, the King George due off at 3.35pm, at length in my Sun column, but I'm a huge ENABLE fan and was quick to tip her up on social media at much bigger prices than she is now the moment it seemed she was likely to run.
She gets a stone in weight from the older colts and that should make all the difference for Johnny G and Frankie Dettori.
The ITV cameras are also at York, and kick off with the 2.05pm, a 7f handicap. This is tough, but likely favourite BATTERED really does have big claims for the William Haggas team after staying on nicely last time.
This selection had a big hike in the weights for winning two runs ago, but is getting better and better.
Matt Chapman's TV tips
1.50 Ascot - Spring Cosmos
2.05 York - Battered
2.25 Ascot - Mustarrid
2.40 York - Snap Shots
3.00 Ascot -Fawaareq
3.15 York - Success Days
3.35 Ascot - Enable
Next is the 2.40pm, a 6f handicap, and the one each-way here at York is SNAP SHOTS, who has been running really well without winning of late for Tony Coyle.
Of course that means a rise in the weights for fine efforts, but this might be the day. The trip is ideal.
Finally the ITV network broadcast the 3.15pm at York, a Group 2 over an extended 1m2f. I want to be on Irish raider SUCCESS DAYS for Ken Condon.
Ideally my hope would want more rain, but the ground will be fair and he's taken on some of the best in his time and run well.
A second to Found at the Curragh in May last year was a very fine effort in the context of this race.
So best of luck on a cracking Saturday. Hoping for one or two Yeeehaaas. You Betcha!
