CAVATINA looks an obvious candidate for improvement after finishing a solid fourth on her debut at Kempton last month.
She is nicely bred and travelled like a quality performer before just fading in the closing stages. There should be a lot more to come and this step up in distance should help.

FOREVER IN LOVE looks a nice prospect as she makes her turf debut. She started with a quiet spin around Lingfield before improving on that effort when second at Wolverhampton last time out.
She will need further than this in time but the give in the ground will make this a test of stamina. Either way, she should be good enough to get off the mark.

MANSHOOD did really well to win in a bobbing finish at Hamilton last time. He was a nose clear at the line after meeting plenty of trouble in running.
He relishes this distance on soft ground and a 4lb rise in the weights gives him every chance of following up.

MEMORIES GALORE came right back to his best form when winning at Thirsk last time and anything like a repeat would be good enough for this open contest.
This trip is his best and he should handle some cut. A 6lb rise in the weights still leaves him below his highest mark.

NOBLE PEACE might have won a hotter race than this at Newbury last time but for meeting plenty of trouble in running at a crucial stage.
He likes this distance and operates well in soft ground. The handicapper has dropped him 1lb despite being in good form and that won’t do any harm either.

This looks wide open and MONACO ROSE could take advantage of her falling handicap mark. She is also helped by her rider taking another 7lb off.
She has decent form over this trip with cut in the ground and could easily sneak into the frame.

DON’T GIVE UP improved for the step up to this distance when winning well at Windsor last time out.
That was just his third run and built well on a close-up second at Newmarket over a mile. The ground was on the soft side that day so the surface here shouldn’t be a problem.
