Noel Meade plotting Down Royal raid with Gigginstown pair
Impressive Grade One winning chasers Road To Respect and Disko will provide Gigginstown and Noel Meade with some serious ammunition at Down Royal as the National Hunt season steps up a gear.
NOEL MEADE is set to run two of the shining stars in his stable, Road To Respect and Disko, at Down Royal next weekend.
Cheltenham Festival winner Road To Respect continued last year's progression when winning the Irish Daily Star Chase at Punchestown earlier this month.
Disko, third in the JLT at Cheltenham, improved for the step up to three miles at the Punchestown Festival, running out an emphatic winner of the Growise Champion Novice Chase.
There are two suitable races for both of the Gigginstown-owned horses at Down Royal, the Grade One JNWine.com Champion Chase and the Grade Two MyCarNeedsA.com Chase over two and a half miles.

"At the minute it looks like both Disko and Road To Respect will run in Down Royal," said Meade.
