Planned Betfair Hurdle assignment could be missed by Call Me Lord for Wincanton
Anthony Bromley, racing manager to owners Simon Munir and Isaac Soude, has suggested that Call Me Lord could miss his planned outing in the Betfair Hurdle.
NICKY HENDERSON'S Champion Hurdle outsider Call Me Lord could swerve a planned outing in the Betfair Hurdle at Newbury on February 10.
The five-year-old was a stylish winner on his last start at Sandown and could instead have a crack at the Betway Kingwell Hurdle at Wincanton a week later.
Anthony Bromley, racing manager to owners Simon Munir and Isaac Soude, said: "No decision has been made yet and the plans are up in the air.
"It looks like Defi Du Seuil is likely to go to Ireland so that means the weights will rise and that would mean we would be top weight so we might consider switching to the Kingwell instead.
"There are others in the Betfair that might be well handicapped and Call Me Lord has an entry in the Champion Hurdle.
"We are not ruling either of the races out and we will see how things pan out."
Bromley also nominated the Betfred TV Scilly Isles Novices Chase at Sandown on February 3 as a potential next port of call for Terrefort after his convincing win at Huntingdon on his British debut.
He said: "At the moment the thinking for Terrefort, if Nicky Henderson is happy that he is fresh enough for it, is to go for the Scilly Isles.

"Handicaps are ruled out for the moment off a mark of 151. We will just see where he fits in with the better novice chasers and the race has been lucky for his owners, who have won it for the last three years.
"If Nicky didn't think there was enough time then there is the Reynoldstown at Ascot on February 17. The Scilly Isles is the first port of call, though."
