DOKTOR GLAZ can be forgiven one poor run here last time because he was showing promise over fences before that.

It’s interesting to see him dropping back in distance here and he’ll serve it up to them from the front.

Blakerigg hinted at ability on his chasing debut at Kelso last time and can go well.

PERFECT HARMONY improved on his hurdling debut when a good second in solid company at Ascot last time out.

He was good enough to run 11th in the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham last year and looks the one to beat.

King Of Realms was another quality bumper performer who has been a solid second on his two spins over timber. He can hit the frame again.

MOUNT MEWS was a Grade 1 performer over hurdles and took to chasing really well when winning here last time. He didn’t have a lot to beat but jumped nicely and should learn a lot from the experience.

Wotzizname has ability but tends to make mistakes. He’d be a threat with a better round.

NUBE NEGRA will be a short price but has done really well in two runs over hurdles since arriving from Spain where he raced on the Flat.

He shapes like there’s lots of improvement to come and is dropping in class from Cheltenham last time.

The others are hard to assess but it will be interesting to see how the enigmatic Ingleby Hollow does on this hurdling debut.

COBAYJAYISLAND is worth each-way support in the hope that a breathing operation will help him find his old spark.

He was good enough to win a similar race to this at Uttoxeter before his break and plenty of these have questions to answer. Capard King was a solid third here last time and may be a safer option.
