VICENZO MIO has dropped right down the weights on the back of a couple of modest runs and that makes him competitive here. He keeps it simple from the front and won’t mind the ground or distance.

Georgieshore can be a little hit and miss but has gone well on his last two runs and loves the mud.

TARA BRIDGE has done nothing wrong in winning two and finishing a close second in his past three runs. He cruised around to win by 13 lengths last time at Lingfield and this doesn’t look much stronger.

Movie Legend won a couple of small field chases before Christmas and has had a little help from the handicapper.

We have to forgive MIDNIGHT TUNE one bad run at Ascot last time but it was so wrong that something must have been amiss. She had earlier looked a useful performer in winning at Wincanton and Kempton.

RATHLIN ROSE won this race well for Capt Guy Disney last year before taking the Grand Military here. He’s been running in hotter races than this and can show his true form.

Leo Luna was having the coal shovelled on for a long time when winning at Plumpton last time but kept going well. He can do the same again.

3.30

ET MOI ALORS costs his supporters at Ascot last time when cruising to victory before coming down at the final flight. Provided that hasn’t knocked him too much, he can make up for that tumble.

Notre Ami looks best of the race after two seconds in fair company.

STEP BACK was pitched into the Albert Bartlett Hurdle for just his second run over hurdles and ran a blinder to finish ninth. He came back over fences this month to finish second at Chepstow and that should leave him spot on here.

Tanit River likes soft ground and can plod into second.

HEREWEGO HEREWEGO seemed to improve for the step up from 2m when second at Market Rasen last time. He was coming back after a break there so could well be fitter here.

It’s tight with Broken Quest who cruised to victory at Kempton last time out. He’s up the weights for that but is clearly going the right way.
