Get all the info to bash the bookies as ITV's Matt Chapman runs you through Saturday's racing live on ITV

THE final day of the jumps season is upon us - but don't worry National Hunt fans the new one will start sooner than you know!

It's a mixture of jumps and Flat on ITV this afternoon, with Sandown spread with Haydock and Leicester.

The first race ITV show at Sandown is a novices' handicap hurdle over nearly 2m at 1.50pm.

I'll have a few quid each-way on BALLYMOY, who is on the hat-trick and improving fast. Wins in maiden and novice company have been impressive, and he could be well in off 132.

There's a Grade 2 chase over an extended 2m6f at 2.25pm.

The one to be on here is DOUBLE SHUFFLE, who has taken on some of the best this season and now gets a chance to win a big one for Tom George and Jonathan Burke.

The Grade 1 Celebration Chase over nearly 2m at 3.00pm is a bit of a non event, as the champion chaser ALTIOR will hack up bar an accident. I'd have Special Tiara to hang on for second.

 Altior should hack up!

Finally the big betting race is the handicap chase formerly known as the Whitbread over an extended 3m4f at 3.35pm. The one who is chucked in on old form is THE YOUNG MASTER.

He's currently rated 135, having been up to 150 in the past. Obviously he's been out of form for Neil Mulholland, but he might just bounce back.

Over at Leicester, ITV show the Listed King Richard III over 7f at 2.45pm. DONJUAN TRIUMPHANT might prefer 6f to 7f, but he's highly rated and loves the mud.

Matt Chapman's TV tips

1.50 Sandown - Ballymoy: 'Looking for the hat-trick and is improving fast'

2.05 Haydock - Mijack: 'He should take some stopping in this'

2.25 Sandown - Double Shuffle: 'Been running against the best this season'

2.45 Leicester - Donjuan Triumphant: 'Classy type and loves the mud'

3.00 Sandown - Altior: 'Should hack up!'

3.35 Sandown - The Young Master: 'Chucked in on his old form'

He'll be hard to keep out of the frame if putting his best hoof forward. Finally at Haydock, ITV show the 2.05pm, a handicap over an extended 7f again in soft ground.

MIJACK hacked up at Newmarket the other day, and the runner up went in at Chelmsford Thursday night. He'll take some stopping for Karl Burke.

So best of luck everyone and hope for some Yeeehaaas! You Betcha!
