WEDNESDAY TIPS

Best horse racing tips for Wednesday: Sunracing’s top picks for today’s racing at Lingfield, Catterick, Yarmouth, Kempton, and Bath

Don't miss out on Sunracing's best bet and each-way shot at both today's meetings

THERE is plenty of racing to get your teeth into on a busy Wednesday.

We have looked through the cards and picked out a few cracking bets on your behalf, so you can put your feet up and look forward to the England game.

1

Catterick

Best bet

3.10 Prairie Spy - Gives lumps of weight away to her five rivals, but she is two from two and looks a smart prospect. Even with 9-10 on her back she should be tough to beat in a weak race.

Each-way

4.45 Mecca's Spirit - Has been holding her form well this season without winning. The addition of first-time blinkers can see her finish on the premises again.

Lingfield

Best bet

3.00 Trouble And Strife - Showed improved form when second on his reappearance over this course and distance. Will have come on for that and he has been found a good opening.

Each-way

3.30 Mizen Master - Well-backed on his return to the Flat at Kempton but never involved having been held-up off a slow pace. Worth another chance with Jamie Spencer in the saddle.

LION HEART Roaring Lion gets the better of old foe Saxon Warrior in Coral-Eclipse cracker

Yarmouth

Best bet

3.50 Kaanoon - Won narrowly at Wolverhampton but followed up with an impressive win at Windsor last time. Exciting colt and can land the hat-trick.

Each-way

5.25 Moi Aussie - Course and distance winner in May and last run here was too bad to be true. Could pop up at a big price if bouncing back.

Kempton

Best bet

7.55 Cliffs Of Dover - Smart hurdler and has taken well to the Flat this year. Up 6lbs but still looks on a fair mark and should have more to offer in this sphere.

Each-way

8.25 Contiuum - Smart horse on his day and he now lines up off a very tempting mark. Drop down from 2m should work in his favour.

Bath

Best bet

6.10 Final Rock - Bolted up at Chepstow on his first try over this 1m2f last week. He is currently 8lbs well in with his mark due to go up to 64 in future.

Each-way

8.40 Arctic Nel - Hasn't been at her best of late but is having her first run since a wind op. Jockey Franny Norton is brilliant at this track and can get the best out of her.
