Templegate’s horse racing tips: Ascot, Newcastle, Haydock, Musselburgh and Kempton – Templegate’s betting preview for racing on Friday, September 7
Ascot, Newcastle, Haydock, Musselburgh and Kempton come under the spotlight as Templegate gives you his best bets for the day
Go wham, bam, thank you Pam in Musselburgh’s 5.30.
PAMMI (nap) only joined trainer Jim Goldie a couple of months ago.
She bolted up at Hamilton last month before running another solid race over today’s course and distance. The drop in grade should do the trick.
TROUBLE AND STRIFE (2.50 Newcastle, nb) has been holding her form well in staying handicaps. She is bred to improve for the switch to the all-weather.
IMPERIAL CHARM (7.15 Kempton, treble) ran a belter when third in what looked a good Newmarket novice contest last month. This looks much easier.
