Best horse racing tips: Sun Racing’s top picks for today’s racing at Cheltenham, Lingfield, Uttoxeter, Wetherby and Wolverhampton

Don't miss out on Sun Racing's best bet and each-way shot at all of today's meetings

THE action steps up a notch with a stunning card at Cheltenham on Saturday.

The Sun Racing team have been studying the form and have picked out our strongest fancies across all the day's cards.

1

Cheltenham

Best bet

12.40 Never Adapt - Easy winner of her only start to date in France. Been well-touted by her leading stable who won this race last year's with a similar type in Apple's Shakira.

Each-way

2.25 King's Socks - Had Grade 1 form over obstacles in France and ran well at the Cheltenham Festival on second outing for this yard. Had a wind op and potentially well-handicapped.

Lingfield

Best bet

2.45 Addeybb - High-class performer on turf who came up short in Group 1 company on his last two starts. Big drop in class now and should be tough to beat.

Each-way

3.15 Encrypted - Enjoyed a fruitful campaign on turf over the summer. Ran below expectations at Ascot last time but well worth another chance from a good draw.

Uttoxeter

Best bet

12.50 Beakstown - Well-backed when showing plenty of promise to finish second in a bumper on debut. Could be a smart recruit to hurdles for top yard.

Each-way

3.05 Hoponandsee - Made a couple of errors when a beaten favourite last time out. This isn't a deep race so could be overpriced if cutting out the mistakes.

Wetherby

Best bet

2.50 Skandiburg - Cosy winner of a bumper at Fakenham last time out. Makes the switch to hurdles and gets weight from his main rivals.

Each-way

1.40 Will O'The West - Has hit the frame on his last few starts. Stays further than this and first-time cheekpieces could spark some improvement.

Wolverhampton

Best bet

6.45 Magic Illusion - Sent off favourite both starts so far and she didn't look to handle the undulations at Newmarket when beaten last time. This looks a good opening.

Each-way

5.45 Emily's Sea - Placed on her first three starts and she was caught flat-footed when sixth last time. This longer trip looks sure to suit.
