EMPEREINTE RECONCE (2.00 Plumpton) was a game winner on her hurdling debut at Newton Abbot in June, when he went into plenty of notebooks.
Her next run after that came at Chepstow in October where she looked rusty after more than four months off. It wasn’t a bad effort to finish sixth and that should have left her spot on today.
TONI’S A STAR (4.15 Wolverhampton) has just 3lb more on her back than when winning with a late run over course and distance 11 days ago.

EACH-WAY DOUBLE: CASSIVELLAUNUS (3.00 Plumpton) has moved to a top trainer since being pulled up here in May and that could bring a world of improvement.
Pair him with CALVINIST (6.15 Wolverhampton) who is only 3lb higher than when winning here in October.
That was her second excellent run at the track inside a week with 5lb claimer Poppy Bridgwater doing a good job in the saddle each time.
This race doesn’t look any stronger than that win so another good run is surely on the cards.
REDICEAN (5.45 Wolverhampton) has proven himself to be a classy hurdler and it’s interesting to see him back on the level.
He looks well handicapped on his best form and should have no issues seeing out this trip and it could bring improvement.
