The likes of Dynamite Dollars and Santini feature among a star-studded list of entries
THE entries for the four novices' chases at the Cheltenham Festival have been revealed.
The Arkle, RSA, JLT and National Hunt Chase have attracted a number of star names.
The Arkle Novices' Chase, run over 2m and won by some of the greats of jumps racing, has attracted 31 entries.
These are headed by ante-post favourite Lalor, who created a big impression when winning a Grade 2 at Cheltenham in November.
Grade 1 winner Dynamite Dollars and last year's Supreme runner-up Kalashnikov have also been entered.
There are 18 entries from Ireland, including Le Richebourg and Us And Them.
LATEST IN HORSE RACING
Colin Tizzard's Lostintranslation led home Defi Du Seuil in the Dipper at Cheltenham on New Year's Day, and the pair head up 52 entries for the JLT over 2m5f.
Tizzard said: "Lostintranslation came out of Cheltenham very well. He is a big-framed horse that is learning all the time.
"He will step up in trip next year, but he won't this year. Robbie Power is adamant that two and a half miles is a good trip for him at the moment."
Winter Escape is one of a 29-strong Irish entry for the £150,000 race.
There are some strong British contenders among the 48 RSA Chase entries.
La Bague Au Roi, Topofthegame and Santini, the first three home from the Kauto Star Novices' Chase at Kempton, have all been entered.
Vinndication and Mr Whipped add further depth to the home challenge.
Delta Work has impressed over fences for Gordon Elliott and is the pick of 19 Irish entries.
The four-mile National Hunt Chase was upgraded to Grade 2 status in 2017 and has attracted 68 entries.
They are headed by red-hot favourite OK Corral, who won easily at Warwick earlier this month.
There are 25 entries from Ireland, including last year's Pertemps runner-up Glenloe.
Champagne Classic and Blow By Blow have also been nominated for the £125,000 contest.
