Fury agrees to fight MMA star Ngannou when he’s ‘done with boxing’ with UFC ace turning to Mike Tyson, 53, to prepare
TYSON FURY has agreed to fight Francis Ngannou in the octagon when he's "done with boxing" after the UFC star drafted in Mike Tyson to help him prepare.
Ngannou revealed he has roped in former world heavyweight boxing champion Tyson, 53, to "train for Fury".

The MMA star, 33, shared a series of videos showing himself working with Iron Mike, who proved he's still got the speed - but Fury was quick to hit back saying he'll "deal with him soon".
The Gypsy King, 31, recently beat Braun Strowman in his WWE debut - and has now set his sights on the octagon, claiming he's not scared of fighting Ngannou or heavyweight champ Stipe Miocic.
When asked if he was being genuine about a switch to UFC Fury last week claimed: "[I'm] very serious. McGregor is making his comeback. I’m looking at stepping into the MMA world."
He then called out Miocic and Ngannou, adding: "I’m trying to get that big fight going on with whoever. Listen, I’m not afraid of any of them.
"Who’s the heavyweight champion of the world in UFC? Stipe Miocic is it?
"He just beat Daniel Cormier in the rematch, good body shots, bam, bam, got him out of there. I’d fight him in a heartbeat, no problem.
"Or Francis Ngannou. Any of the heavyweight champions they’ve got. I ain’t afraid of any of them. I’m the Gypsy King. Listen, I’m a boxer, but I am one bad ass mofo."
Fury will first put the gloves on to fight Deontay Wilder, yesterday confirming they would fight on February 22 in their eagerly-anticipated rematch.
But Ngannou is already putting in the work in a bid to be ready for Fury - roping in legendary boxer Tyson after being called out by the Brit boxer.

Ngannou took to Twitter to share the news, writing: "Spoke with Mike Tyson and he agreed to train me for when I fight @Tyson_Fury in the Ring.
"Don’t be scared Fury. You called me out and now you'll have to live with it. #WakandaForever #UNCROWNEDKING"
Shortly afterwards, Ngannou shared a series of pictures and a video of himself training with Iron Mike.
The Cameroonian-French fighter captioned the post: "I finally meet my IDOL @miketyson yesterday and he agreed to coach me when I fight @gypsyking101 in the ring. #WAKANDA4EVER #UNCROWNDEDKING"
And Tyson even shared a video as he showed he's still got the skills at the age of 53 as he displayed his impressive speed.
The former world heavyweight champion tweeted: "Showed @francis_ngannou the technique after a great episode of @hotboxinpodcast #uncrownedchamp".
Tyson seemed to be impressed too, sharing a video of Ngannou taking on the punch machine - scoring a whopping 804.
The American captioned the clip: "The young brother @francis_ngannou has some serious power. Who thinks they can hit harder than the uncrowned champ? #tysonchallenge"
But Fury himself hit back at the series of posts, replying to Ngannou's initial tweet: "I'll deal with you and all the other MMA heavyweights when I’m done with my boxing fights.

Ngannou was keen to have the final say, though - offering him a stark warning.
Replying to Fury's tweet, he wrote: "You don't have to worry about other "MMA Heavyweights" because I might just retire you. Tell you promoter to call @ufc".
