SunSport casts an eye over the team from northern Florida with a mean defence.
SEASON SUMMARY
It looked like another season of mediocrity for Jacksonville despite all the coaching changes after six weeks of the 2017 season.
The Jaguars were 3-3 and going nowhere fast in an AFC South division nobody was running away with.
But the defence came into it's own, and quarterback Blake Bortles started to as well as Jacksonville won seven of their next eight games to win the AFC South for the first time ever.
Their 10-6 record was enough for the No 3 seed in the AFC, and their defence will give anyone they face nightmare.
TURNING POINT
Eyebrows were raised when the Jaguars went into Pittsburgh and delivered a hammering.
The potent Jags defence picked off Ben Roethlisberger five times in that game in a 30-9 win that showed the league they meant business.
KEY MAN
Calais Campbell signed a four-year $60m (£45m) deal in Jacksonville this season after moving from Arizona.
