12.30pm TO start the action, HELEN GLOVER and HEATHER STANNING dip their oars, with the reigning champs battling for a spot in the women’s pairs final at 4.30pm.
On dry land Beijing silver medallist EMMA POOLEY goes for cycling gold in the women’s time trial.
1pm STEVEN SCOTT and TIM KNEALE set their sights on shooting glory in the double trap qualifiers, with the medals set to be decided by 8pm.
