Rio Olympics 2016: Haiti’s Jeffrey Julmis takes a hard fall over hurdle before doing a cartwheel in 110m semi-finals
AND the award for the hardest fall in this year's athletics competition goes to... Jeffrey Julmis.
The Haiti athlete took a nasty tumble in the 110m hurdles semi-finals on Tuesday, but still got a standing ovation.
Julmis lined up in lane nine in the first semi-final, and seemed to get off to a pretty decent start when the gun went off.
But that's about as good as it got for the Haiti athlete.
As he approached the first hurdle, Julmis didn't seem to get his leg high enough, and he tripped straight through the hurdle.
The 29-year-old then did a forward roll through the hurdle, which also went round with him before landing straight again.
