GREAT BRITAIN tightened their grip on second place in the Rio 2016 medal table thanks to golden girl Jade Jones.
The Welsh Taekwondo star sealed a stunning victory in the 57kg final to extend Team GB's tally to 22 golds.

And Hannah Mills and Saskia Clark finally picked up the gold medal that was already assured to take Great Britain onto 21 in the sailing after their medal race was postponed due to wind conditions.
It is great news after a slow day yesterday - after the recent gold rush - with the Brits clinging on in second place - before moving further ahead on Thursday.
But Sprint star Adam Gemili missed out on a bronze by a heartbreaking 0.003 seconds as Usain Bolt dominated in the 200m.
The United States remain a long way out in front with 35 gold medals and 100 overall after another strong showing in athletics. China have 20, and are also losing out to Britain with 16 silvers to 21.

Great Britain are also guaranteed a medal in the women's hockey on Friday after they booked their place in the gold medal match with a win over New Zealand.
