David Beckham’s son Romeo makes a racquet with Andy Murray at Queen’s Club ahead of grass court tournament Aegon Championships
Murray meets Becks and his second son and they hit a few tennis balls around under Goldenballs' watchful eye
DAVID BECKHAM is one of sport's biggest sticklers for the phrase 'practice makes perfect' — and now he wants his son to heed that advice.
Becks' second son Romeo was invited to hit some tennis balls back and forth with Britain's biggest tennis star Andy Murray as he gets ready for the Aegon Championships at Queen's Club.
The traditional Wimbledon warm-up event starts today, and if Murray gets off to a winning start in his first-round match against Nicolas Mahut, he can thank the Beckhams for a thorough practice session.
Romeo, 13, was shown the intricately trimmed lawns of Queen's as dad David made sure he got some thirst for the game from the top Scot.
Murray, 29, finished runner-up to Novak Djokovic in last week's French Open as the Serb did the Career Grand Slam at Rolland Garros.
But the Scot could hardly be in better form heading into the grass court season after progressing well on clay — widely regarded as his least favourite surface — with another assault on Wimbledon just over a fortnight away.
Murray has also re-hired coach Ivan Lendl, the mentor who led him to success at Wimbledon and the US Open, a month after splitting from French coach Amelie Mauresmo.

Kyrgios posted a snap on Instagram after Beckham Jr asked him for a snap.
The 21-year-old said on social media: "Romeo Beckham asked for a photo with me, I asked for a photo with his dad #legend."
