THE final Slam of the year has reached its conclusion in New York.

In the women's tournament, 19-year-old Bianca Andreescu beat 23-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams in a shock showdown at Flushing Meadows.

On Sunday, it is the men's turn, and Rafael Nadal will look to tie up a fourth US Open title when he faces Russia's Daniil Medvedev.

THIS year's US Open final takes place TONIGHT.

It will be held on Arthur Ashe court at Flushing Meadows.
