Ryan Cabrera was born in Dallas, Texas, on July 18, 1982.

The 40-year-old attended the Jesuit College Preparatory School before enrolling at The University of Texas at Dallas.

While in college, Cabrera was a member of the popular band Rubix Groove.

In a since-deleted tweet, Bliss said: "Excuse me, but this is 10000% a credible threat."
