Brew, Biccy, Bingo

How far can you get with £10 in Fabulous Bingo’s star-themed rooms?

THE stars have aligned and it’s time for the latest Brew, Biccy, Bingo.

Last week, I was attending the royal courts of Fabulous Bingo’s King and Queen slots.

This week, with the same budget of £10, I decided to see how far I could get when playing in Fabulous Bingo’s star-spangled rooms.

Let’s see how I got on!

The brew

It’s been a PG Tips kind of day, served in my Herdy sheep mug, all the way from the Lake District.

The biccy

My biscuit choice was excellent this week, but maybe a bit controversial.

It was Jaffa Cakes, which definitely deserve to be mentioned as “biccys” because I refuse to define them as cakes.

The bingo

With the tea made and the Jaffa Cake dunked, I was ready for lift off!

  • Rapid Room
  • Spent £3

First stop on this galactic tour was Rapid Room. A pink bingo ball zooming through space offers a view into the starry wonders of this room.

The “52” on the pink ball is a nod to the fact that this is a 52-ball bingo room, so the games are quick.

Luckily, the numbers are auto-dabbed, so there’s no losing track, even if the games travel at light speed.

I was playing in the Starters Orders session, which has 1TG and 2TG, meaning any tickets that are one or two numbers short of a house, when the house is called, still get a prize.

HOW TO PLAY SLINGO BRITAIN'S GOT TALENT

It’s thanks to this feature that my lucky stars shone and I won 21p! I quite like this add on as it means that there are more winners.

Also, my tickets were only 15p each. They got a little more expensive in the next session, Winners Podium, where they were 20p each.

However, the 1TG and 2TG features were still in place. I played one game in each session before deciding to make like a star and shoot off to my next stop.

  • Sparkle Suite
  • Spent £3

It would have been an astronomical mistake to being playing the star-themed rooms and have missed out Sparkle Suit – the icon is a shooting star!

I was playing in the Roll On x 10 session. The Roll On Bingo feature adds rocket fuel to the game and means that there are additional full house or pattern coverall prizes to be won after the standard prizes.

In this case, there was a supernova of full house winners, with 10 full house prizes!

This was another example of how my chances of winning a prize could be increased, depending on the session that I played.

Tickets were 20p each and the jackpot stood at just under £14,500. I played one game in this session, and another in the following “Roll On x 5” session.

THERE'S OVER 170 DAILY WINNERS IN THE SUPER LINKS GAMES

I made sure to leave space for some bingo chat at the same time! I wanted an answer to an age-old question.

A mystery that has troubled mankind for a long time… Would you rather fight a horse-sized duck or 100 duck-sized horses?

I took my philosophical conundrum to the Fabulous community.

There were questions: Was it a real duck or a rubber duck? What the hell was I on about?

The votes were cast and a verdict was reached, a horse-sized duck it was; 100 duck-sized horses were too terrifying a thought, with concerns that some may slip through and escape “like gremlins”.

The universe became a little wiser today; I had my answer.

  • Rainbow Riches Bingo
  • Spent £4

My starship enterprise made its final stop in the Rainbow 1TG session of Rainbow Riches.

This room looks quite different to the others. The numbers on the scorecards are arranged into four-leaf clovers, with a prize for the first player to mark off a whole clover.

My game also had the Wishing Well feature. After you purchase at least five tickets, you get a magic number (mine was 26).

If this number is called during the game, you get a gold coin added to your wishing well.

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THIS MUSICAL CLASSIC?

After you collect 40 of these coins, you win a prize! Thanks to the 1TG feature, I added 71p to my winnings pot.

Alongside this, I was putting another tough question to the roomies in Gossip Corner… which chocolate is best?

There was strong evidence that “all choccy is good choccy”. However, shout-outs were given to KitKat, Twirl and Twix.

How much could you win?

Another brew, biccy, bingo mission was successfully completed. Time flies when you’re having fun, and my 1 hour and 15 mins of play did seem to go by quickly!

I’m loving getting to know the bingo communities across both Sun Bingo and Fabulous Bingo.

Hopefully, my questions aren’t seeming too out-of-this-world for my fellow roomies.

My galactic adventure ended in 92p in winnings, which suited me just fine, as I still managed to pick up something to show what a bright, shining star I am:

  • Foil star stickers for 70p

How was your latest bingo session? I’d love to know where you played and what tips you might have for me!

Don’t forget to keep up with me next week as I return to Sun Bingo’s slots and slingos to see how far my money can get me.
