Blokes around the world share the best man caves from bars and bowling alleys to an indoor climbing wall

But some lads have taken the dens to the extreme - with some even kitting them out with a full bar while others have a bowling alley

MAN caves are the ultimate sanctuary for blokes to just get away from it all.

But some of these dens are so incredible we're surprised they'd ever leave.

These fellas have taken lad pads to the extreme, from kitting them out with full bars to putting in bowling alleys and even climbing walls.

Others have installed cinemas and wine cellars in their homes, while one lucky bloke has his own pool bar to relax in.

One even has a full-sized arcade in his house.

Men have posted snaps of their little slice of heaven on social media - and it's making us all jealous.
