Dad hilariously trolls daughter by copying all of her Facebook selfies for a year
A DAD has been hilariously trolling his daughter for more than a year by copying her Facebook selfies.
Riley Anderson, 14, cannot escape her old man who posts mocking photos on her page at least once a week.
Jonathan Russell, 33, has his daughter's duck pout down to a tee and her Facebook friends love it.
The teen can no longer log on to the social media site without expecting at least one notification from her dad.
But despite initially hating her dad's prank, Riley has slowly come around and now thinks the posts are funny.
She said: "He's been doing this for almost a year now and I can't help but find it hilarious.
"At first it was a bit embarrassing, but me and my dad have a pretty funny relationship and are often making each other laugh.
"He's always making jokes and is really good at putting a smile on my face when I'm sad - so I find it comforting to see his comments now.
'I WANTED TO BE AN EMBARRASSING DAD'
"It's become our thing, and even my friends find it funny too - they get excited to see his comments.
"It's definitely become a tradition and I wouldn't expect to post a story without him making fun of it with his own rendition."
While he is all about keeping things playful, Jonathan does notice a difference between himself and modern day kids.
The construction worker, from Vancouver, Canada, said: "I grew up in the 90s and we didn't take 100 selfies a day - so I think teenagers these days are pretty silly.
"I was aiming to be an embarrassing dad when I did it, and then it became a bit of a routine.

"At first it was just some lighthearted poking fun at my daughter - but now that everyone loves it, it's my thing."
And clearly not planning to change his ways any time soon, he added: "I'm definitely going to keep doing it every time she posts a selfie!"
This dad managed to be funny on purpose, but check out these blokes who were funny by accident with their cringey attempts at sexting.
