In the USA, Disney+ subscribers already get access to 30 seasons of The Simpsons.

But the fate of the show in the UK was unclear, because Sky holds the rights to broadcast The Simpsons in Britain.

However, Disney recently announced a deal to launch its service on Sky Q.

And now it's confirmed that Disney+ will host more than 600 episodes of The Simpsons.

Seasons 1 to 29 will be available at launch in the UK, with season 30 available from November 2020.

The Simpsons is one of the most successful television shows of all time, and will attract paying fans to Disney+.

Disney+ has been available in the USA for months, but the service will finally launch in the UK on March 24.

A monthly membership costs £5.99, while an annual subscription comes to £59.99.

However, if you sign up for Disney+ before the launch date then £10 is shaved off the annual price.
