SOME music fans have been left frustrated after a mysterious error message appeared as they tried to see their Spotify Wrapped 2023.

The beloved feature has just returned to millions of users across the globe revealing their listening habits for the past 12 months.

But not everyone was able to join in on the fun immediately it seems.

Some users claim they were greeted with a strange "No Healthy Upstream" error message.

What is Spotify No Healthy Upstream?

The "No Healthy Upstream" error appears to affect those trying to view their Spotify Wrapped on a desktop.

Affected users report a black screen with the message on it.

It's not clear how widespread the issue is.

And no-one knows why it appears for now.

"I mean everytime I try to see my wrapped there's this black screen that reads "no healthy upstream", it's literally unhealthy sis it can't be good," one user wrote on Twitter, formerly X.

"My Spotify wrapped is not visible showing No healthy upstream," another said.
