PC gamers can grab an incredible 9/10 game completely free – but you’ll have to hurry
PC GAMERS can grab a number of big bargains, and wallets are tight on the run-up to the holidays.
However, what is better than a bargain is games being given away for free, and there is one up for grabs at the moment.
Digital game store GOG is currently giving away Lost Ruins, which is rated 9/10 on Steam.
It’s only available until Thursday, December 21, 2023, so you will have to hurry if you want to grab it.
Usually selling for £15.49, you can make big savings by picking this one up for free.
The blurb for Lost Ruins reads: “Lost Ruins is a 2D side-scrolling survival action game, where you play as a young girl that has awoken in a strange and foreign place without her memories.

“Explore a dark and dangerous world, battle hideous monsters, and topple incredible bosses.

Fans of the game have praised its cute pixel art style and explorative metroidvania gameplay.

Still, if you enjoy punishing yet rewarding gameplay, this is likely something that you will want to try.
As a free game, you have nothing to lose by claiming it and trying it out.
GOG provides DRM-free games, so you don’t need any launchers like Epic Games or Steam in order to play.
The website is also currently holding a massive winter sale with up to 90% off big-name games.
