How to watch Summer Game Fest 2024 – full schedule and what to expect from the showcases

THE Summer Game Fest is just around the corner, and it's one of the best weeks of the year for gamers, packed with announcements and world premieres for upcoming games.

We now have all the details about the showcases that will take place during the event, with start times, where to watch, and what to expect.

Summer Game Fest will kick off with a two-hour show hosted by Geoff Keighley from YouTube Theater in Los Angeles.

As Keighley teased earlier this week in a Q&A session about the show on Twitch, this year’s opening event will largely focus on “existing games that have new updates for fans”.

Of course gamers should also expect new announcements but these won’t be for “games that are years and years out,” Keighley pointed out.

Summer Game Fest will start on June 7, 2024, at 10pm UK Time / 2pm PT / 5pm ET and will be streamed live on the .

The opening event will be followed over the next few days by a number of showcases organized by different publishers or focused on specific types of games.
