STAR Wars: Jedi Fallen Order is an action-adventure game in the Star Wars universe that looks to fill in some blanks in the series' history.
You'll level up your Jedi powers as you leap around levels, slicing up Stormtroopers and fighting for your life against Imperial Inquisitors.

Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order release date and trailer
Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order is coming out on November 15, 2019.
EA promised it's not going to have any of the microtransactions or lootboxes that plagued Battlefront II shortly before the game's first public showing on April 13, at an official Star Wars Celebration event in Chicago.
It'll feature platforming, puzzles -- and plenty of lightsaber fights.

That made the game look very much like God of War and Uncharted, which is unsurprising given the game's pedigree.
You'll have a little droid helper who will be key to those puzzles, and who can heal you in combat to boot.

What platforms is it coming to?
It will be released on PS4, Xbox One and PC (via EA's Origin service).

When do we get to see gameplay?
That is coming just before E3 in June.
At 5.30 p.m. UK time on it's the first game up on June 8th at EA Play, their anti-E3 event.

What's the plot?
It tells an original Star Wars story around a surviving Padawan called Cal Kestis set shortly after the events of Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith.
These dark times saw the last of the Jedi being hunted down by the Empire in the time leading up to the original Star Wars movie.
In revealing it wasn't going to have microtransactions or loot boxes, EA described it as "a single-player Star Wars story for those of you who are ready to become a Jedi."

It will feature "thoughtful and fun melee combat using the lightsaber and Force powers" as you try to escape the Inquistors and keep the Jedi legacy alive.
Cal is being pursued by an inquisitor known as the Second Sister, and the Empire's elite Purge Troopers, after accidentally revealing his force powers to save a friend.
"Players will also use traversal and other platforming abilities" EA says, "to strategically overcome opponents and solve puzzles."
The game is developed by Respawn, who are behind the sci-fi shooter franchise Titanfall, and will be on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
