You can stay in a Rapunzel-style fairytale tower in Wales from just £40pp a night
FAIRYTALE fans can live out their fantasies in a castle tower in Wales, with a pink princess bedroom at the very top.
Brynkir Tower, located in Snowdonia National Park, can accommodate up to four people, meaning it is also allowed under the current rule-of-six.
Guests can climb the spiral stone staircase in the middle of the tower, which links all six of the rooms.
At the very top is the living area, with a wood-burning stove and TV, as well as 270-degree views of the national park.
The double bedroom and twin bedroom are below, decked out in pink and blue as well as fairytale iron beds.
Also in the tower is a fully-equipped kitchen where you can cook for the whole family, and bathroom, featuring a roll top bath overlooking the hills.

Dogs are also welcome, although must be kept on a lead outside the tower due to the roaming sheep in the area.
It is also the perfect base for exploring the area, with walking routes of Snowdon, or a train to go to the top.
Kids who love the film Tangled will love staying at the castle, as long as they are happy to climb the many flights of stairs.
Three nights at the tower start from £485, which works out to just £40 each per night.
Previous guests of the tower have praised their stay, with one mum writing: "Our holiday was booked as a special birthday treat for my little girl and her face lit up when she saw the tower, she felt like a real princess for the weekend."
