Harry Potter Warner Bros Studio reveal new festive-themed Diagon Alley experience this Christmas
HARRY Potter fans can enjoy Diagon Alley at Christmas this year with a brand new festive experience at Warner Bros Studio.
The new experience will let guests walk through the iconic alleyway which will be covered in fake snow.
It is the first time that Diagon Alley is being covered in snow, as part of the annual Hogwarts in the Snow event.
Other Christmassy events include the Great Hall, which will be decorated in wreaths and garlands with the tables set as if for a festive feast, similar to the scenes in the Philosopher's Stone film.
The Hogwarts Castle model will also be decorated in snow, while the Gryffindor Common Room and boys dorm will also include handmade Christmas cards from the cast which were made during production.
Running from November 14, 2020 to January 17, 2021, you can buy tickets for the event now.
Hogwarts in the Snow is included in the ticket price, with prices from £38 for kids and £47 for adults.
Pre-booking is mandatory with new coronavirus procedures having limited daily capacity.
Sadly, the Christmas "Dinner in the Great Hall" event won't be running this year for the first time due to the pandemic.
Currently running at the Harry Potter attraction is A Celebration of Slytherin, which has been extended until November 12.
For the first time, guests can visit the common room built to look like a dungeon, where the room is found in the books, with hand-crafted tapestries telling the story of Slytherin's history.
Real props and furniture are included, such as the large fireplace where Ron's Polyjuice potion wore off in their second year at Hogwarts.
Even the Great Hall has been given a makeover, with large green banners from the ceiling celebrating a Slytherin House Cup victory.
It is the first time that fans of the books and films have been able to see the Slytherin Common Room, following the success of the Gryffindor Common Room attraction.
Here are some of the UK locations you can visit which inspired some of the places in the book, including Diagon Alley.
