The Hemmel, Faringdon, Oxfordshire
This charming cottage is in a quiet corner of Oxfordshire, close to the classic country village of Little Coxwell.
The Hemmel has lots of characterful touches, from exposed beams and stone walls, to its original courtyard garden.
Interiors are cool and contemporary, and children will love the external games room, which comes with table football, air Hockey and darts.

Lawn Farm Cottage, Gloucester, Gloucestershire
Lawn Farm Cottage has bags of space so is great for friend or family catch ups.
Its on a working farm in the Gloucestershire countryside and has lots of nice touches for a cosy stay, including a large dining table for group meals and a living room with an open fire and a TV.
The spacious garden lawn and a patio area has seating area where adults can unwind with a glass of something chilled or whack some food on the barbecue. The kids will be occupied by the large pool, which is covered, so promises fun whatever the weather.

If you fancy a stay in Devon try this ground floor cottage apartment which has two bedrooms, a large open plan living area and its own patio space.
During your stay a dip in the on-site pool is a must, and it's a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring the local countryside.
Close by is the market town of Holsworthy with its pubs and cafes and sandy beaches.

This period barn conversion is great for a small family and is not far from the beautiful Norfolk coast, including Wells-next-the-Sea, Holkham and Brancaster.
It has a private patio area, shared games room and a large lounge area which leads to the garden.
Outside guests will find outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a huge shared games room which has plenty to keep younger guests or competitive adults occupied. There's a snooker table, pool table and table tennis, as well as a selection of toys and games for young children.

Families can escape to the quiet Somerset countryside and stay at this lovely property, set on a 150 acre working farm.
It's not too far from the beautiful Exmoor National Park, as well as the popular seaside towns of Brean and Burnham-on-Sea, famous for their sandy beaches.
At the house there's a large, shared enclosed garden with a patio, barbecue and garden furniture. Children have access to loads of play facilities, including a wooden play fort with climbing frame, swings, slide and lots of small toys.
Guests can even visit the farm itself and help feed the chickens, collect the eggs, meet the owners’ pets or visit the resident guinea pig village.
