Pembrokeshire, Gloucestershire & Devon top Airbnb’s list of trending UK destinations – with deals from £47 a night
SINCE the roadmap for easing lockdown was revealed, there's been a massive surge in holidays bookings especially in the UK.
The staycation destinations that Brits are most itching to escape to have been revealed, with Pembrokeshire, Gloucestershire & Devon topping the list.

The news came from , which has revealed its top 10 trending UK destinations, based on year on year search growth.
The historic Welsh town of St Clears in Pembrokeshire took the top spot, as it has seen the biggest increase in searches by Brits this summer, according to Airbnb data.
The Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire took second place, followed by the harbour village of Clovelly in Devon in third place.
While UK breaks are booking up quick, there are still some great deals to be had in these popular destinations:

Unsurprisingly, several south-west destinations also made the top ten, though they may not be the first locations that spring to mind.
They included Mullion and Cawsand in Cornwall and Noss Mayo and Saunton in Devon.
Two Sussex locations - Bosham and East Wittering - along with Primrose Valley in Yorkshire also made the list.
Amanda Cupples, general manager for Northern Europe at Airbnb, said: "Our trending destinations show that travel this year is likely to be a little different, with many using a summer closer to home to explore lesser-known rural destinations in addition to the well-loved favourites."
Holidays can go ahead from April 12, the government have confirmed, although this is only at self-catered properties and households can't mix.
From May 17, hotels will be able to open and households can go on holiday together in the UK - holidays abroad are yet to be given the go ahead.
